All cakes are vegan and require 2 working day’s notice. We are unable to do last minute orders.
Cakes can be collected from our cafe only and cannot be delivered via Royal Mail. Please do not choose Royal Mail at checkout, your order will be refunded. If you would like your cake delivered please use the contact form and send us your delivery postcode before you place your order. Our courier can deliver within a 5 mile radius of our cafe in Hackney.
Please handle cakeS with care. It is very fragile. Drive slowly and keep cakes upright at all times. Handle from the bottom and not from the sides. Store in the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Freeze leftovers, thaw and consume within 24 hours.

All orders will be dispatched 2 days after the order is placed.
Alternatively, collection from our cafe in Hackney Central is available at no extra cost. Please allow 2 days to collect your order.
If you are unhappy with your order you may return it to the cafe location within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

All orders are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Payment must be made at the point of sale unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payment platforms.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are offered in accordance with the Company's refund policy, available upon request. For catering and large orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
5. Allergens and Dietary Requirements
Customers are responsible for informing the Company of any allergies or specific dietary requirements before placing an order. All reasonable efforts are made to accommodate such requirements, but the Company cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
6. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from consumption of its products where proper allergen advice was provided. Liability for any loss arising from the Company's negligence is limited to the total amount paid by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, website content, and marketing materials are the property of Cupcakes and Shhht Ltd and must not be used without prior written consent.
8. Use of Premises
Customers using the premises agree to behave respectfully towards staff and other customers. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or request that individuals leave the premises where behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

10. Governing Law
